Do you know a child between the ages of 6 and 10 who has never played hockey but would love to give it a try?
FIRST SHIFT is designed to be accessible, affordable, safe, and most importantly, fun. Whether your child is stepping onto the ice for the first time or simply curious about the sport, we’re here to help them build confidence, learn new skills, and discover a lifelong love of hockey.
We believe in the many benefits hockey brings to children, families, and communities and we can’t wait to welcome the next generation of players to the game!
Eastend Minor Hockey Association is excited to be hosting two First Shift Programs next season – one scheduled to start in October 2026, the second to begin in March 2027.
