As previously shared, our AGM is June 3, 2026 at 7PM in Hall H (Queenswood Room) at the Bob MacQuarrie Recreation Centre. Attendance is open to all members of the EMHA and all members have the right to vote.
The Eastend Minor Hockey Association is currently seeking volunteers to fill several Board positions for the upcoming season.

- Director of Hockey (U18/U21) — Up for Election
- Director of Coach Mentorship — Up for Election
- Director of Risk & Safety — Up for Election
- Director of Communications — Up for Election
- Secretary — Vacant
- Director of Hockey (U15) — Vacant
- Director of Equipment — Vacant

Proposed amendments to EMHA By-laws and Policies & Procedures may also be submitted for consideration at the AGM.
